Primary Colors

The primary color palette brings Bryn Mawr’s original college colors— yellow and white— back into the spotlight. Introduced by the Board of Trustees in 1903, they have been present throughout the college’s history in the seal design and in the college flower: the daisy. Today, the shade of yellow has been updated to be warmer and brighter and bears a new name: “Lantern’s Glow.” A nod to one of the college’s cherished traditions, Lantern’s Glow symbolizes the light of knowledge that unites the Bryn Mawr community.
